SERACS Ltd have completed social mapping and landowners identification (SMLI) studies for the PRL-15, onshore and Offshore Pipeline Export Route (PER). Our team had commenced the study in 2018 and completed in 2020.
Our team at SERACS Ltd and Total Energies have undertaken the SMLI studies for PRL-15 and Onshore and Offshore Pipeline Export Route presentation to the Department of Petroleum and Energy. We are now looking forward to the next phase of the process after lodging the APDL application (inclusive of SMLI reports) by Total Energies. This will include the independent review of the SMLI reports, field verification of the SMIL studies and commencement of the Landowner Beneficially Identification (LOBID) as section 169 of the Oil and Gas Act 1998.
