MAYUR CENTRAL CEMENT AND LIMESTONE

SERACS Ltd, contracted by Mayur Resource Ltd for its community consultations and engagement role for the CCL Project, is dedicated to ensuring that the developer upholds its agreements with the project communities. One of our recent tasks was the facilitation of compensation payments for gardens along the jetty area at Kido village. This was executed on the 25th of June 2023. Mayur Resource Ltd, the developer of the CCL Project, demonstrated unwavering commitment by paying over K15,000 in cash to more than 19 garden owners. This commendable action aligns with the 2020 compensation agreement signed between the developer and the garden owners.

The process was transparent, with careful documentation and prompt payments to deserving recipients. Witnesses from the local community and the developer were present, fostering credibility and trust throughout the proceedings. This successful compensation payment not only fulfils commitments but also showcases Mayur Resource's strong dedication to actively engage and support the project communities.
