Miss Paliau is a graduate of the University of Papua New Guinea with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science & Geography. She graduated in 2021. She started working with the organization since October 2021 as an intern (environment).

The internship program helps her utilize her knowledge and gain valuable work experience and, introduces her to many aspects of full-time employment while allowing her to explore her interests and her career. Posiam believes the way to move forward would be to get practical working experience in an established platform that SERACS Ltd is offering. Internships may be paid or unpaid; all it matters is the rewarding learning experience, support, and the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
