Miss Paliau is a graduate of the University of Papua New Guinea with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science & Geography. She graduated in 2021. She started working with the organization since October 2021 as an intern (environment).

She's now a full time staff of SERACS after completing intership program and the knowledge and skills gained through the internship program has helped her transition smoothly into full time staff.
