Orokolo Iron Sand Project

On the 15th February 2022, our team at SERACS Ltd were engaged by Mayur Resource Ltd to facilitate the final economic crops and compensation for the landowners of Iron Sand Project in Orokolo Bay (Muro). The hard cash payments were paid to 30 individual property owners and 19 clans of Ere Kilavi and Huruta villages including Muro Catholic Mission. The property owners and clan leaders happily signed the payments acceptance form and received their payments. They were witnessed by CEO of Mayur Resource Ltd, rep from the Gulf Provincial Government, VLOs, Ward Councillor, police officers and the communities.
